Claines Pharmacy conducted my PCR test for travel. I had an appointment for 11:50 yet they were busy and consequently running behind. Despite this, the pharmacist who was serving us was polite and apologetic. Some troublesome customers also seemed to be making her job more difficult by arguing about an appointment time and entering the store despite there being a limit of 3 people; she dealt with it calmly and professionally. I was called in for the test around 12, so had around a 10 minute wait. I had the results by 7pm that same evening. All told, I was happy with their service.

Received great service regarding my Travel Vaccinations, the team are friendly and inviting and everything is clearly explained in detail. I would recommend using their services - Jas in particular is very helpful and personable.

A quick phone call confirmed our booking. On arrival, were asked to complete a medical form stating medication and medical Issues. After this were taken into a small room where the vaccines were (painlessly) administered. We found the staff very polite, friendly and professional. We would use this travel clinic again and would highly recommend.

I went to the Travel Clinic for some jabs and the pharmacist was so friendly, helpful, informative and very good with the injections. All the staff are friendly and I'd thoroughly recommend them all. Thank you : )
